The 2027 Rochester Lilac Festival Parade takes place on Saturday, May 8, 2027 at 10:00 AM!

Please complete the form below with all the necessary details about your parade entry. Applications are due by April 18, 2027, and spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to be part of the fun! Please note that submitting your application does not guarantee automatic acceptance into the parade. A Rochester Lilac Festival team member will reach out to confirm your official acceptance.

We welcome a wide variety of participants to join our event and aim to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all attendees. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly remind you that religious groups, political candidates not currently in office, and protest activities—regardless of their nature—are not permitted at this event. This policy is in place to maintain a harmonious environment, given the large and diverse audience we expect. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a wonderful experience for all.

Security & Liability:

Promoter & Sponsors of The Rochester Lilac Festival and its Parade, and their agents and employees, shall not be liable for loss of personal property, personal injury, or other damages involving a parade participant or participant’s agents and employees. Participant shall defend and indemnify promoter and sponsors of the festival and its parade from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages and penalties caused or incurred by wrongful acts of participant, or participant’s agents and employees, including breach of the parade Rules and Regulations. Participant shall secure and maintain adequate liability and property insurance.
